Kintz Plastics Incorporated was started in 1976 by Wynn Kintz and three employees in a 500 square foot building. They grew quickly and in 1980 went through a major expansion.

In 1992 they were able to offer Twin-Sheet Thermoforming.

In 2001 construction began on the Kintz Plastics Tech Center with 30,000 square feet of new manufacturing and engineering space bringing out total manufacturing to over 100,000 square feet.

By 2005 they had installed "Jumbo" the largest 4-station, rotary thermoforming machine in the Eastern US, capable of thermoforming parts up to 9 by 13 feet.
